As an early investor in Netscape I think Microsoft got away with murder.

Agreed, did you know I was working at Dell at the time that Mike was forced to pull the superior Netscape off the internal systems and any shippable machine and replace it with IE.

I know all about Msft's dirty tricks but I don't think they will have the same success in the future as they have had in the past. My guess is Linux wins in the enterprise and msft has a battle on their hands for wireless dominance. The office suite is mature bloatware and what have they done for us lately?
