Well, it is part of the integration of rural areas in to metropolitan areas,usually, and usually is very near the development of exurb commuter communities, and the introduction of a full array of stores. I have seen it in the rural parts of Northern Virginia. Wal-Mart may drive mom and pop out of business, but I have never seen it retain a monopolistic advantage, and therefore believe the charge of dumping to be bogus......

That really isn't true. People shop at Wal-Mart because the local joints can't compete with price or variety.

I bet you believe farming is a way of life that should be subsidized at taxpayer expense.
