I sleep with eyes wide open on these rocking, back and forth, again and once more movements, wanting to go sea sick, puking up green.

I keep trying to think through these questions:
(a) what am I doing wrong,
(b) what else should I be doing.

The complication is that the correct solution to the simultaneius equations of financial survival, personal happiness, and long life cannot be
(a) stay all USD cash all the time
(b) borrow all Yen until end of time
(c) bet whole Tonka on a pile of Q, or
(d) wager all against Greensbud and the merry Central Banks

The Last Man Standing in this increasingly zero-sum game will be, happy or not, the last man standing;0)
