I will tell you what happened, they used a non big 5 auditor and thus the investors got reamed. Webster was right to fire them. And that has absolutely nothing to do with Webster.

Is the charge that Webster is not knowledgable on accounting things, or that he is so knowledgeable he helped that company screw up?
