There was an interesting jury trial going on here this week and they made a decision about an hour ago. A lawyer was on trial being sued by a former client who lost a case that she claims was due to said lawyer not bringing forth all available evidence on her behalf. She served time.

The jury found for the lawyer by saying while they felt he was negligent in not parading all the evidence it would not have affected the outcome of her previous trial.

The lawyer for the lawyer (defendent?) will move to set aside or dismiss Tuesday a.m. and the lawyer for the lady will argue the jury should reconvene to find some award for the negligence that (according to the jury) did not affect the outcome of her previous trial.
