Check the archives for the number of times he has called a 1000 point advance in the DOW. Wave 2's are almost never flats by the way which is the only possible bullish count off the low, but even then, there is no impulsive structure.

Using the stochastic method - we can see 3 of 1 starting, unless this is just a B wave in wave 2:

Anyway all the counts that had us already in wave 5 or something are negated with the new high for the move from early Oct.

Resistance seems significantly weaker above this area:
