Land shortage? Now that is a scary thought.
He needs to get out more. You know, tour the countryside.

Let's put Greenie on a bus in El Paso, Texas, so he can stare out the window all the way to Minneapolis.

And oh, by the way, there was a land shortage in Japan, too. I think that had something to do with World War II.

Not a comforting thought.

Still, there are a lot of stocks in this market trading at seemingly reasonable prices. Mr. Market had a nice run in October. And old broker once told me to buy quality when it's on sale. You won't get rich but you won't lose your shirt, either. Not bad advice these days.
