As I look into this more, I realize that this Pfeffer financing is not particularly new news to you all here. I'm not sure whether the 3 cent conversion price was already negotiated a long time ago, and is just a carryover, or whether in fact it is a new negotiation. I am also feeling very curious about Mr. Pfeffer, and am finding very little information. Sorry if I got a bit carried away. Peter

Peter, Check with the SEC. This company has had a full anal exam with constant monitoring and checkups. We used to be a penny-turned-pink sheet stock and now we're back to being a penny, ...hmm, ...how many times in the history of the market has that happened? BTW, Kevin made the promise to invest and took a while to work out the deal which earned him some angst on this thread by the longs. It seems he was ridiculed a bit here for dragging his feet on the deal. Especially by Digrdug.
