This is why we go to da Moon:

News is never that good. The negative spin will come eventually. The "not as good as we thought" effect. All news that moves the market starts one way and ends up another. The spin.

She just confirmed the previous ruling - not really news I would think - just removes the uncertainty that the current situation won't prevail rather than introducing new information.

Another interpretation is that the B wave on the NAS is a running triangle with the wave E ending in Feb - Mar. After that there is a very ordinary 5 wave inpulse down to October.

In this particular case, it WAS "that good". The State AGs wanted to destroy MSFT. They're proposed remedies would have crushed MSFT in many respects. The judge gave them NOTHING. The market thought there'd be some sort of compromise at best and the State AGs got nothing. They won't admit it, but this was the most incredible loss for a bunch of State AGs in all of history.

MSFT is now essentially unscathed and free to do business. And that's something they are very good at.

IMO,
Dave
