There is an error in the article...the first and second word in the third line should have their positions reversed;
the paragraph SHOULD read:

Canada--Toronto is a "whining" .....

Buchanan is a bit of a prick, but there is usually a portion of substance in his perspective. How much substance depends on the individual's perception.

He does make one thing obvious, (and no amount of false patriotism will hide it), and that is the fact that common sense answers ALWAYS lie to the right of the governing dictatorship in kanada.
