"What do you think it would change, and how?" If you admitted wrongdoing and were sorry to have hurt others...what would it change and how? Well, firstly, decent people would come to respect you for your integrity and courage, and for your willingness to take responsibility and to be accountable. Many people (such as myself) might be proud of you; and many would likely enjoy posting with you and shooting the breeze. Most importantly, it would change you. It would change how you feel about yourself, and it would make your "hate gang" foolishness and other projections unnecessary.
