Market topping? Probably. Some things to keep in mind. First the MSFT ruling is likely to cause a great deal more buying at the open tomorrow. The NASDAQ broke through resistance on Friday and now could run easily to 1400, or perhaps even 1425, by Wednesday.

The SOX could be headed as high as 350. Perhaps higher but there are still some bearish divergences such as the CCI not confirming (it does not match the rise in other indicators):

A couple of things to watch. First keep an eye on the VIX. If it falls quickly below 33.4 on Monday then it will be more than 10% below the 10 day moving average:

The market usually drops when this happens. In addition even if the market continues to rise the VIX started a rapid decline on Friday. A fall close to 30 in my opinion would indicate way too much complacency. Once again the market should at best fall back to consolidate.

Finally keep an eye on the equity put to call ratio. It looks like a fall below 0.50 is likely as early as Monday. If this happens then once again odds are the market corrects:
