I am not sure how useful chat board sentiment is. I find most ALWAYS have a bearish slant since I believe that bears are the only ones who survived the market debacle and are still posting (however there are certain bears who I DO use as contrarian indicators when they begin to "overpost") But if one MUST attach some importance to chat board sentiment, then perhaps you are aware that we did a poll on the CFZEW thread on Thursday/Friday where the question was asked whether or not we would reach the August highs on the SPX (950). The responses came back as follows: Yes 53(67%) No 27(33%) Take it FWIW.
