Of course a person is injured if they are injured. If I go to an emergency room with a bullet in my guts, I am just as injured if I remember my birth name, or If I don't. It doesn't matter that they record me as "John Doe" because I'm unco-operative. Are you never going to GET it: "a rose by any other name would smell as sweet..."

And what do you mean your 3d identity has been breached? You don't use an alternate name so there is nothing to breach. A lot of people on SI don't use alternate names.
