If you really believe this, you wouldn't be blabbing it on SI. You'd be employing your senior scientist talents to prevent it. If there's not a handy terrorist activity for your foreign policy, make one happen. ...With a little luck, he could prod some State into using a WMD. No wonder Rumsfeld is so certain there will be future terrorism against US interests. He's making sure there will be.
