Had it shipped right to school. Almost $600 on the bill was for books for this semester. Damn, I wish I would get my story straight! Going back to something you wrote previously. What do you think the odds are of making 10% a month on an account? You going to put the whole thing on the line for 10% or try and make 20% using half of it, or 40% using 25% of it. Here I am just happy to beat the averages and your going to make a fortune! I'm not saying it can't be done. I just don't think you can trade your way to 300k with 10k. Patience is a virtue when you get on the right stock. Look at Pav with ARO. Left most on the table like most of us do. I think you have to use stops and try and keep yourself into a good stock. The percentages add up fast when a stock you buy at $5 goes to $20, even if it takes a while. In the end it is much easier than trying to hit stocks for 10% plus commission over and over again. I did caboodles of trades during the mania. Win some lose some. Even made some money. But the best trades I was in for a while. Of the 17K I am up, I owe 10k to LH. That is a big statement when I think of all the trades entered on my tax forms. Made 10k on 1000 shares of stock bought at 3+ a share. Message 12161359 I was trying to stay away from capital gains this year, but when trst dipped I sold PSTA above 5, bought at 2.60 back in 99'. I left a lot on the table not having a stop on that one. So do you have a plan?
