"Alias is all we know here" Absolute nonsense. Many use their birth name here. And many here have interacted face to face or by letter or phone under their birth name. "People do not talk the way here that they do in 3d" Nonsense. People talking face to face to their lawyer, doctor, JW, best friend, or grocery clerk use a different tone, style, presentation, etc. SI is no different. We adjust to the medium and to the person. I can laugh and be informal in PM with certain people; but addressing a public meeting or a wedding toast or a public post on SI requires a formal aproach. Sometimes when I am reading posts to me I am unsure as to whether or not it accesses ANY part of their brain. Some people are just so into defensiveness that they contrive entire posts just to hide themselves in. "You illogically decided that the division between those ways of being, meant I was saying there were no people- anywhere" No, I didn't. Originally you stated that the posters were not real. Later you changed to they were not real "to YOU". You still say they are not real period sometimes, but you find it rather embarassing so the incidents are becoming more infrequent... Your last post was a decent attempt at bloviation. Congratulations.
