Hey HJ,

FWHT could really give OVER a run for its money.. Oh, and then there's their beautiful balance sheet....

"Little followed FindWhat.com , a holding in Bill Martin and Matt Ragas' Special Opportunity portfolio, quietly delivered a blowout quarter. Quarterly sales at the pay per click search company leapt over 100% (and 13% sequentially) to $10.9 million and the firm delivered pre tax EPS of 15 cents, beating the company's own projections by 33%. FindWhat has increased its sales sequentially for 12 straight quarters now and has posted an increase in its EPS for 6 straight quarters. FindWhat also upped its 2002 earnings guidance again - from 46 cents per share up to 54 cents. The company also added that it "anticipates increasing its 2003 guidance in the future."
M&R find little not to like about this stock right now. Longer term, they still worry about how competition from the likes of larger rivals could negatively affect FindWhat's margins over the long haul (as competition in this sector further intensifies), but down at this price, they believe the rewards greatly outweigh the risks on FWHT.
