under u s system, can u s tell u n and the world it will not act without a second u n resolution, and then surprise iraq and the world by attacking iraq and perhaps a dozen other arab countries? doesn't w have to tell u s citizens, congress, media before it attacks? so, u s cannot do what japan did at pearl harbor. am i wrong? do french use bidet to wash asses before they lick them? aren't russians getting pissed at muslims after incident at moscow theatre? what percentage of muslim men have 3 or more wives?
