Sharp--I pretty much agree with your PGO assessment with two caveats--(1) think risk of BK is significantly less than 35% but I may be just an optimist. (2) I think you will agree they are appointing some well trained and experienced people. At least they have the credentials and I hope are not outright liars like the previous board--Frank
