Godfrey that is fascinating; I've read many of your posts and this recent one was very interesting, coming from a trend follower;

I've been a proponent of the Manipulated market theory for years, but I suspect we wouldnt agree on the details.

I'm no trader just an investor focused on individual trees, but my SI experience is partial to tracking trader sentiment.

I'd say that the markets can do a 180 just about now, simply because of the perception of those on the bear side.

It has changed in meaningful ways the last few weeks. The louder and more aggressive among your ranks are personalizing this to an extent that hasnt been part of the landscape since right after the bears took the upper hand in June 2000.

Is bear leaderships volume being ratcheted up just about now, for the purpose of rallying the troops? Or is this organizational shuffling for status amongst the cadres for other reasons?
Politics, Consulting, media appearances, newsletters etc?

Offer an opinion on how you've changed or not changed recently, what is influencing you the most?

And good luck to you.
