Update: Wednesday's high of 8800 on the Dow has come within 2.22% of the last short-term forecast. The Markets should now top-out with November 15, 2002 being option expiration day and November 18, 2002 being a short-tem-turn-cycle date. Well, you know my thinking, Dow Jones 5800-4800 by December 31, 2002 to March 31, 2003 or earlier. See you All in a few months Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year !!!!
