Dear C: I think you are absolutely correct. I know this doesnt sound DEMOCRATIC but truth is for a system to function properly the people VOTING OUGHT to be the PEOPLE contributing. I am 59 years old. When I was young we had a "poll tax", even before that you used to have to OWN PROPERTY to vote (that was set up by the framers of our Constitution by the way). Today, especially beginning with Clinton they take these "refuges" and register them as quickly as possible in the Democrat Party to vote. This is going to come back to bite us in the A$$ eventually. If people who contribute nothing start deciding how the money will be spent it doesnt take an Enstein to figure out what is going to happen. jdn
