L--The small drop in QCOM earlier this morning certainly reflects at the very least the BARRON'S article. The effect of the Microsoft court decision has boosted the whole market, but QCOM shares were off slightly in early trading. Now they are up a bit, but not as much as NASDAQ or the S&P500.

If one looks for one single fact that makes all these negative analyst comments look stupid, it is the cost of CDMA for 3G and the cost of upgrading to 3G, compared with any other system.

Hey Limmer,

What happened? You've been telling us for the last 2 years about how the Republicans were going to take it on the chin at the midterm elections, and Bush was doomed because of the economy going south?

Just curious... still predicting GWB as a 1 term president?
