I don't see anything about Amnesty International in the header. Though I have been told that their figures on casualties in the Lebanon '82 campaign are way off. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any official figures from the people who ran that operation. There is this interesting little bit about a source that Andrew Sullivan and his local fans find suspect, though.

The New York Times
Even though I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I've had a home subscription to the NY Times for several years. I have found it to be an invaluable source of articulate reporting and commentary. Highly recommended.

From the official OT citation, #reply-16607278

The Following Topics Are OFF Topic (OT)
1. Palestinian-Israeli conflict history (including Torah/Bible/Koran refs)

Fattest of fat chances on that one.

Edit: #2 & 3 in the official OT list are amusing too.

2. "PC" discussions
3. Anti-war demonstrator discussions

I guess anti-PC discussions ant war demostrator discussions are always fashionable, though.
