The prophet said, 'Yes'"[9] Also al-Bukhari mentioned that Mohammad said, "Know that paradise is under the shades of swords."[10] <<<< "Jihad" simply means to strive hard or struggle in pursuit of a just cause, and according to the Prophet of Islam, the highest form of jihad is the struggle waged to cleanse oneself from the vices of the heart. It is possible for Moslems to spiritualize the warlike teachings of Mohammed as suggested above. Many do (may their tribe increase) and many don't.
