JXM ... I'm sorry that I couldn't attend the party in Vegas. Several weeks ago I was notified of being on a jury panel today .... inquires with the district court left me with the distinct impression I had best show up, as I was NOT eligible for an exemption OR even a re-scheduling for a later impoundment... Out of the two juries selected today from the panel, I was the only person who was questioned by the lawyers up at the judges bench during Voir Dire. Pre-emptory challenges eliminated me from consideration for either jury ...... Hey --- I couldv'e had a MUCH better time out there in the desert with ya'll...... Tell Selvin and the piffers hello from me and wish I were there.... oh well, there will be another time... and ALL of you have a great time THIS time .... N
