Bush would need to be president for 23 years and 7 months to out-do Clinton in campaigning and fund raising. Clinton was president for 2,922 days and held 5,223 political events during his tenure. He also took 497 days vacation and played 876 rounds of golf during this time period. (FYI, there is no official record of how much time he spent on romantic dalliances, but we know it was significant.)

The question remains, when did he have time to actually work?
