I have the really spec software buys as mone, portal (can never get their symbol right),retek,sbyn- 200mm mkt cap and below.

Plumn is a good company and profitable but not enough volume.

Next tier is supply chain itwo, manu but everybody knows about those already. Still, I2 has the chance to be a fairly large company again vs. say portal software from above so it still could be the better buy. I don't worry about i2 never being profitable, since they IPOd right when Moore profiled them in the gorilla game so from day one it was growth at all costs. I'm sure sidhu can be profitable if he needs to be.

but see these have already run (except maybe mone) so I'm waiting for a pullback.

I bought some mone today based on the strong synopsis preannounce and valuation (mone trading for cash).

Its a leading company in PDM, has been profitable and cash flow positive before (not now though). Their competition is agile, but agile's strength is only tech where mone had automotive.

Sorry - don't mean to turn this into a trading thread but just a followup from yesterday.

(disclosure I think we're in a tech bull mkt now)
