<Saudi Arabia> There is a better solution....you go to Chavez (Venezuela), Putin, Fox, and whoever heads Nigeria.....you basically say, "the U.S. will guarantee you will stay in power, you will get whatever you need (build schools, infrastructure), but we will own all of the oil you can produce going forward. As a kicker, we will guarantee you X price over many years.." The Saudis (Royal family) will crap their pants, for they know they will become Ethopia toute suite, and will be hanging from poles soon....talk about leverage..
