Messy...compared to Middle East....I don't think so! ng Winning Russia votes is as simple as killing a few hundred "terrorists" in Checnya...we help them straight out a bit economically, allow him to win every "face-saving" skirmish w/independence groups and I think we're good... Venezuela can be engineered too...Chavez can call the vote at his disposal, and it won't take that much to solidify his base... You save Kuwait, and 10 years later, they hate you and support Al Queda....you keep Chavez in power, I guarantee you, no Venezuelan is ever going to strap plastik to their bodies and detonate in MIA...
