In fact IPOs will be an indication that the market is healthy and ready to soak up the supply (with demand). What happens later is an after effect. IPOs will not come unless there is demand. And only with real sustained demand will markets launch a bull phase. jmo

Another to watch is VC investments.

So the lack of IPO supply may only provide some additional sustenance that otherwise would have sapped the life out of the markets.
