Did you see how quickly it got ugly when I called CH on it? Everything gets ugly quickly these days. Even Neo was getting testy before he left. Everyone is on his or her last raw nerve. Yes, CH is taking every opportunity to make what he considers to be points, however far fetched. He's being smarmy with me even though he posted recently that he recognized how much that turns me off. If he doesn't quit treating me like some kind of ally he's going to find my cyber fist in his cyber teeth. As you can probably tell, my visceral reaction is disgust, as well. But his point regarding your post was well taken, even if ill presented. Your words did agree with his, which I brought to your attention in case you missed it. If we are talking about supporting every opportunity to enable disorientation toward point making and away from resolution then... If you look at it from the perspective that resolution means that CH apologizes and is redeemed. If you look at it from the perspective of CH's conflict resolution model, anything that looks like a basis for consensus is not "point-making" but a step toward resolution. It may not be the resolution you had in mind or the approach to resolution that you are following, but it is resolution nonetheless. There is, indeed, more than one approach to resolution. His is not the same as yours. Don't get me wrong. I don't see any likelihood of resolution either his way or your way. Just analyzing the goings on.
