As you may know, every US president elected to office on an even decade ending with a zero has either died while still in office or been a victim of near assassination. This has continued without interruption since 1840 about which time another one of our legends says a curse from an Indian chief was delivered.

Bush is next in line and even your prophetess Baron has suggested that he also might have something to worry about. (I have heard it said that Reagan's bullet wound was far more serious at the time than first let off.)

You have touch on something that has bothered me for years. Governments have been funding a lot ,IMO, useless projects at tax payers expense. I for one don't give a GGD what goes on on mars, not at the price tag attached. Why spend millions on space programs to provide us with information which has little or no useful purpose for humanity here on earth. Seems we spend too much time buggering up this planet and then talk about moving to mars. We have a bad case of scientists creating work for themselves and soaking up funds that could well be used to cure so many problem here on earth. If those billions of dollars were applied here toward the improvement of man we could be rid of cancer, malaria etc etc on and on. Money going to decent education, housing and so on. Life improvement would lead to less poverty and crime. Would it suite the purposes of big money? No. They make too much off the system as it is. They wouldn't like to see the level of drones drop off either. There are so many good mind in the kids out there who will never get to use them but rather applied to crime or blunted by drugs.
Rather then a venture outward, we could travel inward toward the the greatest adventure of all, the human mind.
I could burn ears from now to month of Sundays on the human potential and those who would seek to destroy it, or should I say keep it under wrap.
