Goodyear Tire -- guess Buffett doesn't work at UBS <g> (then again, we should probably be covering if these morons have downgraded the stock...) 9:19AM Goodyear Tire downgraded at UBS; target is $5.50 (GT) 7.26: UBS Warburg downgrades to REDUCE from Hold; firm has become "decidedly more bearish" on GT, as despite concerted efforts by mgmt in launching new strategies and executing on co restructuring, GT's earnings power has been depleted, not enhanced; says co is being outmatched all around, from private label to premium to commercial truck tires, and could face liquidity problems within the next 5 years. Cuts 2003 est to $0.15 from $0.30 (consensus is $0.30) and lowers price target to $5.50 from $8. Cheers
