I have been listening to the CSCO conference call and watching the after hours prices at the same time.

The call is still going on(more than 1 hour now) but I heard a couple of things. First, revenue for next quarter is estimated to be flat to down 3 to 4 percent, and the BtB was less that 1(for the quarter I think, but it could be the past month). As soon as those words were spoken, the AH trades started coming down in price substantially.

I just checked the futures and they are down compared to up a little right after the market close.
