Thanks, I will take a look. Seems like WIN.TO is coming off the bottom nicely, has pierced the 100 day and is moving towards the 200, so may be a good time to enter. The NHC.TO chart looks even better though, and as a last-mile solution, is now entering the deployment phase by the ILECs. CAPEX announcements by VZ this week tend to indicate that the Long Winter of Our Telco CAPEX Discontent may be winding down.
