I have never been able to calculate the Samsung royalties, as the amounts and percentages have never been published that i am aware of. I am going by statements from Rambus to the effect that 2 suppliers have negotiated flat royalty rates on the Dram they produce. It has always been generally assumed Samsung was the major one. Rambus has never specifically discussed what royalty rates Samsung continues to pay to my knowledge.
