Cuz .. thought bout you yesterday ... bald headed kinda slight built dapper lawyer dude from your neck of the woods named Stevens (or perhaps Stephens) was lead council for the insurance company in jury selection yesterday ..... me being on the panel kept me from a planned trip to Vegas, as, for some strange reason it seems, THAT was NOT one of the valid reasons for failure to appear in district court for the jury panel.... I used up one of his preemptory challenges ....... so, not only did I not get to go to Veags, I didn't even get selected to either of the juries .... (got another preemptory challenge in the afternoon jury selection, also) .... didn't get a chance to meet the guy and see if he knew you or your brother ..... and don't be tacky concerning the Demos .... I split MY ticket this morning .... hehehehehe
