I'm trading and holding......not chasing anything upwards...will only buy on red days, preferably bad red days...then sell some into the rallies, and keep some....so I am incorporating both a trading and long term hold strategy......but, as long as markets rise, I will sit and wait and watch what I have go up.....if we drop, I will buy my favorites if the opportunity presents itself.....I must admitt, this strategy has sure taken alot of the stress out of the markets for me....instead of wondering up or down, I am happy either way...down presents more buying opp's at low prices....rallies allow to take profit and add to long term basket. Up, well, no matter how much cash I have to spend, I have plenty of shares and will be thrilled if it's up, up, up.....I have no clue as to whether markets rally hard or die hard.....but I wont stress out either way......
