You have not acepted the invitation from Poet (and many others) to acknowledge that you hurt her, and that you intended to hurt her, and that you regret having done so. Nobody is going to forgive you until you do so, because it is in the nature of human beings to require some accountability as part of feeling comfortable with one another in a social structure. "Neo invited you to a reconciliation feast where you could have gotten all the sustenance you needed" You might ask Neo if ackowedgment of causing harm and regretting it is not the process of "reconciliation", or if "reconciliation" is simply trying to eat all the food at a table...
