I did not propose an income ceiling. If you must, think of it as a rubber ceiling where you can continue to push upward if you so desire. Many sucessfull people are doing something they enjoy and want to do anyway. The money ceases to be the prime motivator. Those who are motivated by the power and control of wealth should have to push hard for that ability.
