I think he means there should be no taxes on monies made outside the US system. I wonder if that also would include blackmarket money within the borders? LOL

The only things about our system that enable people to become rich are honesty and freedom. We could use a lot more of both. Would that the wealthy would bend all their energies to insuring that those values were nurtured. God knows the democrat party won't be of any help.
