Poet, have you tried sending e-mail to yourself? I have the dll file in my Win98SE C:/windows/system folder and can e-mail it to you. But will understand if you're reluctant to do that. You might try to find it on your system recovery CD also.

If the file you are getting doesn't solve the problem you can reinstall windows 98 or whatever you are running and it should reinstall the missing files.
