Warp, StockCharts usually updates their bp list after 4pm PST. But to get bpNDX you can scan NDX for stocks having PnF buy signals about half an hour after close. One strategy could be to buy stocks that get a PnF buy signal that day for the first time. But that can easily whipsaw you: a stock can rise in the morning making a new buy signal and then drop drastically near the end of day. The buy signal remains because PnF allows only one change per day.

StockCharts has no bp for semis, but Dorsey Wright does. I think it would be best - if time consuming - to set up a list of your own in Stockcharts, then scan it for signals daily. Setting up the list takes time. Once done the scan takes a couple of minutes.
