Reaper,

I recall you having said couple of months ago that this quarter should be the peak earning season for the homebuilders. Similar to the semis in the fall of 2000.

If so, ALL the homies make great shorts, especially NVR and HOV (higher PE's). What is your take on BZH's earnings today. It looks OK, but they could have muddled with the numbers due to the acquisition. What is your take on the earnings of homies.

Reaper, when you were looking at the truckers did you look at the truck makers? Take a look at NAV. No profitability, drowning in debt, and a lousy product.
