Expects Q4 pro forma EPS of ($0.02)-$0.00 (consensus is $0.01), expects to return to profitability by Q2, and expects 2003 pro forma EPS to exceed 2002 pro forma EPS.

tell the tale ? Does that mean buy the dips ,or short the tops ?;-) I just bought a new cell-phone today , and I keep them for a long time before upgrading too ( my Nokia 6100=3 1/2yrs old) ...was mentioning that I was looking to upgrade 3 weeks ago and all the shopping malls are littered with Cellular outlets now i noticed shopping . They are just everywhere<G> BTW ----> Nokia --->$18 ...ding ding ding! hehe stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUc20!La12,26,9]&pref=G ;-) PS: this is a really nice phone here, a real beauty the best , backlit in cobalt blue and net-connected by Samsung offered by Sprint, and now even AT&T pushing out GSM : cnet.com
