There must be a way to make this company talk.
The only way I know how is to ask the questions at the AGM.
That is the only time we, as shareholders, ever get a chance to ask and get answers.
For the other 364 days, you're a nobody.
I also noticed on another thread, that a threat of such action, weeks before the AGM, is responded to in part by PR's that, all of a sudden" appear to answer some fo the questions that will be / could be brought up at the AGM.
In all my years of investing, that is one thing I found out... Your powers as a shareholder only count at the AGM, at the question and answer period, AND only if the Question and Answer period is included in the meeting... ie: before the meeting is adjourned..... BECAUSE, after the meeting is adjourned, they can say anything they want.... it's not on record.....
Strange BUT true...

Now, is anyone willing to draft up pertinent questions for the next AGM?
