and don't forget that low power processors will allow school children in the US to call up children in China and have their PC translate in real time so they can have "keyboard pals" to learn what life is like elsewhere in the World. Your cell phone might even connect to a translator service that handles your two way communication with business people that don't speak your language. They they send you a transcript of the conversation to check what was said and translated so you can make changes if needed. Hey... maybe we should start a company! LOL

A great example of this is the FRS radios. Good ones are now cheaper than a lot of kids toys. Once affordable you find that they come in very handy. We used them between boats on a caribbean sailing trip because they were easier to use (being hand held) than the on-board conventional radios and they could be used on shore as well.
