Well I can say this for sure. I will not pay taxes to support the public school system while my son is in his education years if he attends a private school. I have a problem with being required to support a school based on my location. If I had no kids it would be one thing. Since I do if I feel that I should be able to place him where he can learn from the best. If that happens to be a public school then so be it. If not I should be able to convert what would normally be public school money to a voucher towards his education in a better school. Before and after he attends I have no problem financing the public education system. During his educational process I should have full control over the direction of those funds. Certain things ARE worth fighting for and I believe this is one of them
